Wendy is the Project Manager for the Provincial Teacher Mentorship Program, which is a three-year pilot initiative designed to provide coordinated, equity-informed, and research-based mentorship to educators across the province. Developed in partnership between the BC Ministry of Education & Childcare and UBC’s Faculty of Education, the program aims to improve teacher retention, professional growth and well being at all stages of their careers. Wendy brings 20+ years of administration experience in higher education and serves as team lead for the Provincial Teacher Mentorship Office.
